DataSport is the leading Swiss service company for endurance sports and event management. The company provides integrated digital solutions for athletes, organizers, and partners — covering everything from event registration to result tracking.
Our collaboration focused on a complete digital transformation across four core products: the AI Coach, Registration Platform, Event Management Platform, and the corporate website.

For over two decades, DataSport operated on legacy systems with outdated interfaces and disconnected user flows. Each platform - from registration to event administration - had its own fragmented design language and limited scalability.
The main challenge was to unify the digital experience, improve usability for both athletes and event organizers, and introduce a modern design foundation that could scale across all products. Additionally, the launch of the new AI Coach app required deep UX research to define how AI could deliver personalized, motivating, and data-driven training insights to athletes.

AI Coach — From Concept to MVP in Six Months
Through multiple UX iterations and rapid prototyping, we transformed early hypotheses into a fully functional AI-powered training assistant. The app now adapts to user progress and provides personalized workout recommendations.

We developed a scalable, brand-aligned design system that ties together all DataSport products — creating visual and functional consistency across mobile and web experiences.

For the first time in 20 years, DataSport introduced a refreshed design language — clean, dynamic, and athlete-focused — positioning the brand as a technology leader in European sports management.
Collaborative & Efficient Delivery
Working closely with product owners, business developers, and engineering teams, the complete design and UX delivery for the first product (AI Coach) was achieved in under six months, setting the standard for future launches.
