Hard Rock is a global hospitality and entertainment brand combining hotels, casinos, restaurants, and live music experiences. This application is a new loyalty platform that enhances the customer experience through personalized offers, a unified rewards system, and seamless digital interactions. It connects all Hard Rock locations into one ecosystem, allowing users to easily book stays, track rewards, and engage with the brand through an intuitive mobile interface.

Hard Rock’s digital ecosystem was fragmented across multiple touchpoints — the Unity loyalty app, Hard Rock Bet, Rock Shop, and hotel experiences — each with inconsistent UX patterns and disconnected data. Users struggled to navigate between services, redeem rewards, or track activity seamlessly.

Rapid Prototyping & User Testing
We developed several interactive app prototypes that allowed Hard Rock to validate concepts with limited user groups early on, ensuring product-market fit and gathering actionable insights before full development.

Approved Migration to the New Platform
The transfer from the old Hard Rock app to the new version has been officially approved. The product is now set for broad public release, marking a major milestone in Hard Rock’s digital transformation journey.
