StagePass is a next-generation event management and ticketing platform designed for large-scale festivals and live events.
As the lead designer for the mobile application, I focused on transforming complex organizational processes into a simple, accessible, and engaging mobile experience.
The app enables event organizers and staff to monitor sales, manage queues, and track real-time performance directly from their phones - ensuring full visibility during live events.

The main challenge was to bring the StagePass ecosystem to mobile while maintaining clarity, accessibility, and WCAG compliance across all screens.
Existing tools were web-focused and too dense for smaller devices, making it hard for organizers to manage activities on the go.
To solve this, I:
Conducted a UX discovery phase with stakeholders and end-users to map key mobile scenarios.
Applied four UX research methods (stakeholder interviews, competitor analysis, flow mapping, usability testing).
Focused on usability and accessibility principles to ensure a smooth experience for diverse users.
Designed 250+ mobile screens, covering all major workflows - from queue management to ticket sales and event analytics.
