UTM is a next-generation mobile operator offering a digital-first experience for users to manage their SIMs, top up balance, and purchase plans directly from a mobile app.
I led the design of the MVP mobile application, built within just six weeks - from concept to pilot launch.
The initial release focused on essential telecom functions, while the next versions will introduce advanced account management, analytics, and personalization features.
Alongside the app, I also designed the UTM mascot - a friendly green character that represents the brand’s future AI assistant, symbolizing simplicity, speed, and innovation.

The project required rapid delivery of a pilot-ready MVP under a tight six-week timeline.
The key challenges were:
Designing a seamless mobile experience for recharges, plan purchases, and SIM activation.
Establishing a fresh, youthful brand identity for a new-generation telecom provider.
Creating a mascot (“UTM”) that would evolve into an in-app digital assistant in future releases.
Despite the fast pace, we maintained a clean UX structure and visual consistency, ensuring the product was functional, modern, and ready for scalability.

Scalable Product Roadmap
While the MVP includes only recharge and purchase flows, the design already anticipates upcoming functionality such as AI-driven assistance, smart usage analytics, and seamless number transfers.
